Toronto might be getting a new green bin, but just don’t expect it to be raccoon-proof, says the city’s senior solid-waste management analyst. “We never say raccoon-proof,” said Kevin Vibert. “To make a bin that is 100% raccoon-proof, you would almost have to build a vault.”
