Kanye West went on a three-hour Twitter rant, and we transcribed the whole thing
“I was just discussing becoming the creative director for the Jetson movie and someone on the call yelled out.. you should do a Jetsons tour! This just happened a few hours ago. I was very insulted of course becuase for anyone that’s seen the Watch the Throne Tour… Or Coachella or Glow in the Dark or Runaway.. you know I have real ideas… I appreciate having the most nominations at the Grammies but I feel so conflicted by the fact that award shows sometimes are completely… …illogical Good logic tells me smile Kanye… the world likes you again… red or blue pill? … aaaaand Swallow”

Concert Review: Jay-Z and Kanye West exceed the hypeIt’s rare that a show of this magnitude lives up to its hype, but Kanye and Jay-Z actually managed to exceed it. From the Tron-inspired laser show to the hydraulic-powered stages at either end of the ACC to the pyrotechnics, it was a visual masterpiece. And then, of course, there was the music. Culture Club: Kanye & Jay-Z, bearers of the throneWatch the Throne, the record released digitally on Monday by Kanye West and Jay-Z, is not only one of the year’s most anticipated releases, but may also be the precursor of a potentially disturbing new trend: the return of the supergroup. With Mick Jagger in the studio with Joss Stone and Damian Marley, and Dave Grohl and Jack White making music with everyone, we wondered: Are we about to see a new wave of supergroups take over the Billboard charts? And if so, is that a good thing? (Illustration by Kagan McLeod)
