The $1.7-million question: Where’s Gaddafi?
NATO is understood to be using spy planes, electronic eavesdropping, and special forces teams in the hunt for Col. Muammar Gaddafi. But the hunt’s most important asset could be the prevailing political climate, because information about Col. Gaddafi’s location would be easier to obtain if his close aides prepared to defect.
