Saskatchewan girl ‘mad at the wind’ after apparent tornado destroys three-year-old’s cherished playhouse
A three-year-old Saskatchewan girl got a nasty shock Monday when she came home from daycare and discovered her playhouse had been sent flying.
Isabelle Webster had just returned to the farm south of Regina with her mother Elizabeth when they noticed the miniature house, with its white picket fence and flower pots, was not in its usual place.
No one saw what happened, but her parents suspect it was hit by a tornado.
“She said, ‘Somebody broke my house. I’m mad,’ ” said Isabelle’s father, Neil Webster, recalled with a laugh.
“I’m mad at the wind.”
“I told her don’t worry, we’ll fix it,” her father said. (Photo: ELIZABETH WEBSTER)
