Police seeking answers to how Canadian student came to be found dead in recycling bin one day after arriving in England
A young graduate student from Edmonton was found dead last week in a waste treatment facility in Bristol, England, one day after he arrived in the country to start university.
Police have not said how Garrett Elsey, 22, died or how he ended up in a dumpster. His body was discovered by workers at a recycling plant on the outskirts of Bristol last Thursday morning.
