Beloved kinesiology professor accused of being motorcycle gang ringleader
Stephen J. Kinzey is a kinesiology professor at California State University, San Bernardino. A square-jawed, bald-headed, burly-looking academic, he is, according to his former students, a teacher with a big heart and an open door for those looking for help or simply a friendly ear to sit and listen.

Hank and Catherine, the professor’s parents, describe their boy as a “good Christian.” God-fearing and super bright, he doesn’t cuss, doesn’t drink and doesn’t smoke. He has spent 43 years making them proud. But the academic, the FBI and San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department allege, is not who he appears to be.

Professor Kinzey is accused of being a drug-peddling outlaw biker and the president — and mastermind — behind the Devils Disciples Outlaw Motorcycle Gang. (San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Dept.)
